Responsibilities

 

At least 5 to 6 years of experience in IT environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate across a broad spectrum of users.
IT Support to End Users (Desktop, SCCM, Application, Outlook, Mobile, Printer etc.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the IT Infra.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Good Working experience of desktop operating systems (Windows), associated hardware and software necessary to install and support users from an operational perspective.
Expresses ideas and suggestions in a positive, persuasive manner.
Work with Engineering team to resolve the Incidents.
Build customized Windows 10 & 11, windows server 2016 and 2019 images.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

Degree in IT or related discipline.
ITIL foundation.
MCSE

Technical Skill:

Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019.
Active Directory (Administration).
Advanced Knowledge of VMWare and Hyper V.
Advanced knowledge of End-User Devices (Desktop / Laptop / Mobile Phone / Desk Phones).
Knowledge of MS SharePoint.
Understanding of Networking technologies and concepts.
Good knowledge of Voice Telephony.
Good Knowledge on Microsoft Azure /Office 365 /Intune.
